How to request
For any exchange or return request, write to infosamziii@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with proof of purchase.
- Requests are reviewed case by case after we receive photos of the item and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are confirmed by our team before any shipment.

Exchange & refund
An exchange depends on availability. If a refund is accepted, it is processed after the returned item is checked. Items damaged by improper use are not eligible.
